In addition to the above charges a deposit of £100.00 is required to secure a booking during the day time, £150.00 in respect of evening parties and £300.00 for weddings.
These deposits are held against loss or damage and/or complaints received and in relation to weddings, £150.00 of the deposit is held against loss or damage and/or complaints received and the other £150.00 is held against complaints received specifically about noise.
There is also a small charge of £12.00 for day time bookings and £25.00 for evening bookings if either live or recorded music is played as a contribution to the hall’s music licences.
If alcohol is to be sold then the consent of the Management is required and a fee of £25.00 is payable
Note
In consideration of local residents, music must cease by 11.30pm and the hall vacated by midnight. Any breach of these conditions will result in the forfeit of the deposit held in respect of noise.
Unless otherwise agreed, set-up and clear away/clean-up to be undertaken within the allocated session times
